Well no one’s life can be perfectly balanced at all times. That’s impossible, as there is always something that needs sorting or a person that needs pleasing, but sometimes it can get too much and we need to know when to say enough is enough - what about me?
A Lifestyle balance assessment will help you to look at the different areas of your life, how they are benefiting you and what limits you in achieving your goals.
We will also look at how much energy and time you are spending on each particular area of your life.
This is in order to give you more insight into the choices you are making daily and that you do have direct influence over them.
